Are you thinking about starting a personal training plan? If so, then you probably have a few questions.

Here are some of the questions new clients often ask me.

Personal Training FAQ

How long does a training session last?
Training sessions last for about one hour. They include a warm-up, exercises, and stretching.

How many sessions should I schedule each week?
Two or three sessions per week are optimal, especially when you are just starting out.

Do I need any equipment?
I provide all of the workout equipment we will need. We can use your equipment if you already have it.

Can we train at my gym?
Yes. We can train at your gym if your gym allows personal trainers on-site.

Can we train outdoors?
Yes. Some people prefer to train outdoors when the weather is nice.

Can I train with my spouse or a partner?
Yes. Couples and group training is available.

What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule a session, just let me know within 24 hours. Cancellations less than 24 hours are nonrefundable.

What equipment do we use?
The main equipment you will use includes dumbbells, gym balls, and resistance bands.

The equipment that you will use depends on your goals and exercises for each session.

When will I see the results?
Several factors determine how quickly you will see results, including how frequently you work out and your nutrition plan.

Many people notice improvements in their health after about three weeks of training.

Nutrition Coaching FAQ

Will I have to go on a diet?
No. Nutrition coaching helps you to adapt your nutrition plan rather than dieting.

Will I have to count calories?
It depends. Counting calories is one way to measure and track your daily progress; whether you choose to count calories is up to you.

Do you plan my meals?
No. We discuss what types of foods you should eat so you can plan your meals.

Can I still eat snacks, ice cream, and other things I like?
Yes. You should eat the foods you like, provided they align with your overall nutrition and fitness plan.
