How It Works
The first step to getting started is assessing your fitness level and goals.
The initial assessment allows us to get to know each other and determine if working together makes sense.
After your initial assessment, we schedule your sessions when and where it works best for you.
Personal training sessions from 25-50 minutes, depending on your schedule.
Most people schedule two or three weekly sessions for the first few weeks.
In addition to your personal training sessions, you will also have a daily wellness plan.
This plan is a list of daily wellness habits you want to implement to complement your sessions.
Coaching is also available for anyone who wants help with nutrition or additional motivation and accountability.
