How Does It Work?
Nutrition coaching will help you to identify patterns in your diet that are keeping your from reaching your fitness goals.
You will learn how to implement the principles of Energy Balance into your daily nutrition plan.
You will also learn how to identify what types of foods are best for you.
While nutrition coaching isn’t all about counting calories, many of my clients use the My Fitness Pal app to track calories and record their meals.
We meet in person each week to discuss your progress, review your goals, and work together to implement a nutrition plan that works for you.
